Service System
The purpose of the Library of the Faculty of Economics is to provide books and other library materials to support the teaching-learning process for ordinary and extraordinary lecturers, students, supporting staff and researchers within the Faculty of Economics. The Library’s collection of the Faculty of Economics consists of mandatory books, recommendations, references, magazines, newspapers, bulletins, and theses.
The service system at the Library of the Faculty of Economics uses an open service system (open access) , while for thesis collections using a closed service system (closed access) , the library is currently in the process of an integrated computerized system.
In the library, several facilities are available, such as: student and lecturer reading rooms, lesehan rooms, discussion rooms, lockers, and announcement boards.

Code of Conduct
Each member of the library is allowed to borrow library materials with the following conditions:

Show your own library membership card when borrowing books.
-
The borrower is responsible for the reading material he borrows and is not allowed to lend it to others.

Borrowers can borrow a maximum of 2 (two) titles.

Borrowing Time:
-
For students, book borrowing is given for 1 (one) week.
-
For Lecturers who have become members, loans can be given for 1 (one) month.
-

Journals and reference books (such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, research reports, yearbooks, atlases, newspapers, etc.) are not loaned to take home, but can only be read in the reading room or photocopied.

Each visitor is required to put his bag and belongings into the locker and fill out the library visitor list.

For students who will take part in the Thesis Session, they are required to request a FREE LOAN LETTER from the library
Sanctions and Fines
-
A fine is imposed on book borrowers who are late in returning them, amounting to IDR 500 per day per book.
-
Lost/damaged books must be replaced with the same book.
-
Users who commit acts of vandalism (tearing, theft, destruction of library collections and facilities) will be handed over to the authorities.
